Note to Mamas of yeasty kids: This menu is not fully suitable if you are in the early stages of yeast eradication.

Sample Weekly Menu

I post these on my fridge so even Charlie knows what he’s eating on any particular day.

ALL Kids (and especially those with ADHD) thrive on structure –so let’s provide it when we can!

Left over chicken nuggets or grilled chicken:)

Sliced golden delicious apple
Dish of cut  fresh pineapple

Avocado toast (or other spread)
Sliced apple with cinnamon

2 hard boiled eggs
Puffed rice cereal/sliced banana with non-dairy milkFrench toast (DeLand GF Bread, soaked in  egg and cooked in either butter/ghee)- spread of choice or sprinkle of cinnamon and Stevia

Strawberry/blueberry or strawberry/banana smoothie made with non-dairy milk, and Stevia or dash of pure maple syrup

Cooked brown rice, fried in olive oil with garlic, sea salt, scrambled eggs, sauteed chopped onions
Brown rice pasta and meatballs

Yummy chopped carrots & cauliflower stirfry (w/a little coconut sugar)
French bread pizza

Salad (greens and veggies of choice topped with olive oil, lemon juice, sea salt)
Homemade chicken nuggets (cooked chicken breast put in blender with raw eggs, fresh spinach, minced garlic and sea salt. Then spooned into small patties, brushed with egg and covered in GF 4C breadcrumbs then browned in skillet of olive oil.)
